It is a varifocal lens, which lets you optimize the field of view from wide angle to ultra-wide. The rectilinear design of the lens enhances the resolution at the edges of the image, increasing the probability of detection.
The lens is IR-corrected. This means that you don’t need to adjust the camera’s focus when you shift between day and night mode using the IR-cut filter.
