CamCentral Systems Inc. is a Vancouver, BC–based video surveillance and physical-security integrator with more than 40 years of experience (established 1984). We design, supply, install and support IP video surveillance, network video recorders, video management software, access control and analytics for commercial, industrial, government and remote-site clients across Canada, the United States and worldwide.

Which camera and security brands does CamCentral carry and install?
We are an authorized partner for AXIS Communications, Hanwha Vision (Wisenet), Pelco, Canon, Milestone Systems and Genetec. Our catalog spans IP cameras, NVRs and recording servers, video management software (VMS), access control, audio/intercom, network switches and PoE, lenses and mounting accessories.
Is CamCentral an authorized AXIS partner?
Yes. CamCentral is an AXIS Gold Solution Partner and an AXIS Technology Integration Partner, and holds the AXIS Camera Station Specialist accreditation. We also hold Milestone Authorized and Hanwha STEP partner status. These are top-tier manufacturer accreditations earned over 40+ years of deployments.
What is the difference between AXIS, Hanwha and Pelco cameras?
All three are professional-grade IP camera manufacturers. AXIS is the market leader in open-platform network video with the widest analytics (ACAP) ecosystem and the AXIS Camera Station VMS. Hanwha Vision (Wisenet) offers excellent price-to-performance with strong AI analytics on-camera. Pelco is known for rugged, mission-critical, PTZ and explosion-proof cameras for harsh environments. What video management software (VMS) do you support?
We design and support AXIS Camera Station, Milestone XProtect, Genetec Security Center and Hanwha BLAZE, plus cloud VSaaS via Arcules and YourSix. We recommend and license the VMS that fits your camera count, retention and integration requirements — see our VMS comparison guide.
Services
Does CamCentral only sell equipment, or do you also install?
Both. We are a full-service integrator: we design the system, supply the hardware and software, install and commission it, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. You can also buy products directly from our online store with CAD or USD pricing.
Does CamCentral offer construction time-lapse or remote-site monitoring?
Yes. We provide long-term time-lapse and remote-site monitoring solutions — ideal for construction progress, ports, industrial sites and remote infrastructure — including cameras built for arctic and explosion-proof environments.
Can CamCentral build custom video analytics or integrations?
Yes. As an AXIS Technology Integration Partner we develop custom ACAP applications and integrate cameras with third-party systems (access control, VMS, business systems). This is our Technology Integration service.
Do you offer live security monitoring?
Yes. For sites that need eyes on glass around the clock, our monitoring uses Hakimo — an autonomous AI security operator that watches your existing cameras and access control in real time, detects threats described in plain language, issues instant on-site speaker talk-downs and follows your response procedures, escalating to human operators only when needed. It delivers 24/7 protection without the cost and fatigue of traditional guarding.
Shipping, Ordering & Returns
What shipping methods are available?
We ship using UPS Air service and Canada Post / USPS Postal Service only, on our own account. Please review the purchase terms and conditions regarding the import taxes and duties for your country.
How long will it take to get my package?
We ship UPS 3 Day Air service as our standard for all purchases. Tracking links are provided for each package. Shipping estimates cannot be used as a guarantee.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, the UPS tracking link is emailed to you. We ship UPS 3 Day Air service as standard for all purchases.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need a website account, but we recommend one. All orders from new accounts are pending until reviewed and confirmed by our staff.
Do you ship to the United States and internationally, and what currency are prices in?
We ship worldwide. Our store displays pricing in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default and can switch to US dollars (USD) using the on-site currency switcher.
Do products come with a manufacturer warranty and support?
Yes. All products are genuine and carry the manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by brand and product line). As an authorized partner we provide pre- and post-sale technical support.
