Common questions
Can you integrate cameras we already own?
Usually, yes. ONVIF-conformant cameras connect to all three platforms we deploy, and older analog cameras can be brought in with encoders. We audit what you have before recommending replacements.
Which VMS should we choose?
It depends on size, sites, and what you need it to do. We are authorized for AXIS Camera Station, Milestone, Genetec, Hanwha Wisenet, and BLAZE — so the recommendation follows your requirements, not a quota.
Can door access and video work together?
Yes — that pairing is most of what we integrate. Door events pull up the right camera automatically, and access logs carry video evidence with them.
Do you provide support after commissioning?
Yes. We offer remote and on-site support, system health checks, firmware and licensing management, and operator refresher training.
