What area do you service?
On-site design and installation across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. System design, equipment supply, and commissioning support are available worldwide — we ship globally and can work with your local electrical contractor.
Which brands do you design with?
We are an AXIS Certified Professional and an authorized partner for Pelco, Hanwha Vision, Milestone, and Genetec. We also design with 2N and Canon. Every product we supply is certified genuine and new.
Can you design a system my own electrician installs?
Yes. We offer design-only engagements: camera placement drawings, bill of materials, network and storage sizing, and configuration support for your installer.
What warranty comes with an installation?
Equipment carries the full manufacturer warranty (up to 5 years on many AXIS and Pelco lines), and our workmanship is guaranteed. We register products on your behalf at handover.
