It upgrades the appliance’s hardware support to 4-hour on-site Mission Critical response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: when a hardware fault is diagnosed, a technician with parts is dispatched to your site within four hours, around the clock, including weekends and holidays. It also includes Keep Your Hard Drive, so any replaced drive holding recorded video stays with you.

The Husky IVO 1800R is a Milestone Husky IVO 2U high-capacity rack-mount appliance built on Dell Technologies hardware and pre-loaded with XProtect, sized for the largest recording and storage loads, up to 288 TB internal. Husky IVO appliances ship with a standard hardware warranty; this service extends and upgrades that coverage for five years. Ordering

One service per appliance. The service is registered to the Husky IVO 1800R service tag and runs for five years from registration. It does not cover XProtect software, which is maintained through Milestone Care Plus on your XProtect licences.
